Jakoter Health Organizer®

The Jakoter Health Organizer is a uniquely-designed and durable three-ring binder that effectively sorts and organizes health conditions, allergies, diagnoses, medication, personal history, and other related health information. The organizer also holds emergency contact information and includes two customizable tabs, sticky notepads, and two sheets of business card holders. Additional medication, calendar, and baby and beyond inserts, as well as sticky notepads, are available for purchase. Inserts slated for production include equipment, daily routines, sleep log, and behavioral changes.

The Health Organizer is currently available in an 8_ x 11 paper medium with a 5_ x 8_ size that will soon be available. An electronic version will also be released to reach the technologically-inclined consumer.
